Out Mike's Window

With his new job Mike spends a few days a week out on the road. He occassionally brings the camera because he gets to see some amazing landscapes.
The other day he called me from Granger, WA. I'd never heard of it, but after he told me there were dinosaurs all over the town, I looked it up. Granger's slogan is "Where Dinosaurs Roam." And there are massive dinosaur sculptures everywhere! Apparently some kind of bones were found there. Fun fact huh?! I think Asa would loove to eat at this park!

Celebrating Amara's Bday!

Asa took Amara out to Starbucks for treats. (Grammy, Ida, and I came too. And Grammy treated so it really wasn't Asa, but it's the idea that counts right!?)

Ida Cute

Cecilia came up to Ida Mae on day one of vacation and told me, "I don't call her Ida Mae. I call her Ida Cute." Such a sweetie and I think she's right on! Ida sure is cute!

Ida 8 Months

Yesterday Ida hit the 8 month mark! And boy is she growing fast! She's got three more teeth coming in on top, gets into anything and everything near the floor, attempts to crawl up the stairs to play with Asa (hasn't mastered that yet thankfully!), and is really starting to babble. She says, "da da" and, "ba ba" frequently. We're not sure if she's referring to Mike and her bottle - but we'll give her the benefit of the doubt. Happy 8 months baby girl!

Spring in January

45 and sunny!! That means park play time for Asa and figuring out my new lens!
