I saw this recipe awhile back on Smitten Kitchen and meant to try it for St. Patty's day but we just never got around to it. The Owens were here this weekend which was a good occasion to try these out. And -wow- they are good! With Guinness in the batter, Irish Whiskey in the ganache filling and Baileys in the frosting - they make one great combo.
