Smitten Kitchen and meant to try it for St. Patty's day but we just never got around to it. The Owens were here this weekend which was a good occasion to try these out. And -wow- they are good! With Guinness in the batter, Irish Whiskey in the ganache filling and Baileys in the frosting - they make one great combo.
