Mike picked up the latest Food Network magazine for me and last night we tried out one of their everyday weeknight recipes. This was sooo easy, budget friendly, and tasty. Very robust and great for cooler fall weather. Asa gobbled up all of the cauliflower without any coaxing. (Granted he inhales his food so fast he might not be able to taste.... but still a good sign right?!)
Here's the recipe. We used pork instead of turkey and cut back on the oil - worked great!
